Omochitsuki / Rice Cake Making Event ２０１９年 お餅つき大会
All Kenjin-Kai & Nikkei community clubs combined event series
As usual, one day prior to the event, we will need volunteers to help with preparations, shop for groceries and for setting up the venue on Saturday the 26th. The same goes for the day of the event, an hour before start (10:00 A.M. on Sunday the 27th.) Lastly, we will also need volunteers to help pound the mochi during the event, and also to help clean up afterward (about 3:00 P.M. on Sunday the 27th.)
We would be grateful to any of you who are willing to bring/lend an outdoor-burner stove (to steam rice) and electronic- mochitsuki (rice-cake making) machines for the event. If you could, please bring these appliances to the venue one day before the event (Saturday, January 26, 2019).

２０１９年 お餅つき大会ご案内
今年も恒例のお餅つき大会を下記の通り執り行います。
いつものように大会前日には、準備があります。そして、大会当日にもお餅つきの準備と調理もあります。今回も多くの方にボランティアとして、準備にご協力頂きたいと思っております。どうぞ皆様、ご協力頂きますようお願い申し上げます。
そして、電気の餅つき機をお持ちの方は、それを貸して頂けると助かります。よろしければ、大会の前日（１月２６日土曜１４時）に、会場までお持ち頂けますと幸いです。
ご多忙とは存じますが、皆様お誘い合わせの上、是非ご参加下さいますよう、お願い申しあげます。

内容：お餅つき大会（その前日には準備の作業があります）
When
Day-1 Preparation: SATURDAY, JANUARY 26, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. (2-3 hours)
Day-2 the Event: SUNDAY, JANUARY 27, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. (volunteers: please arrive at 10am to help make last-minute preparations, and stay after 3pm to help clean up. Thank you!)
前日に会場の準備：２０１９年１月２６日（土曜）１４時より（約３時間）
お餅つき大会当日：２０１９年１月２７日（日曜）１１時から１５時まで
（午前中には、事前準備があります、午後の大会終了後にも片付けがあります。）
Fee: Free (request minimum donation: $5 per person)
ご寄付のみの申し込みでも大歓迎です。
